Local Pick Up
We offer in-store and curbside pick-up during store hours. Orders placed before noon Tuesday-Sunday will be available for same-day pick-up. Once we have processed + picked your order, we will send you an email to confirm it is ready for you to collect. Please wait for your email before coming to the shop.
Please have your order number ready when you arrive.
For curbside pick up, please call the store at 604-558-0210 when you arrive outside.
Orders placed within Vancouver for in-store pick up will be available at 4366 Main Street, Vancouver, BC V5V3P9 during regular business hours. Nineteen Ten Home Boutique will confirm with the customer when the orders are ready for pick-up. Proof of purchase and photo ID is required when picking up orders.
At the moment, Nineteen Ten Home Boutique only ships within Canada and the United States.
Orders are shipped using Canada Post. All orders placed with Nineteen Ten Home Boutique are processed, packed and shipped from our store in Vancouver, Canada. We strive to ship your order within 1-5 business days from receipt. However, if you have special shipping instructions, please email us directly at [email protected] and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note, with rising fuel and shipping costs, we are limiting our Canada Post pick ups to every Wednesday afternoon. Orders received before noon on Wednesdays will be included.
During busier shopping seasons, we will amend our pick up schedule accordingly.
Any additional shipping costs incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Not all items qualify for shipping. Heavy or large items are available for in-store pick up only.

Once shipped we will email you a notification and provide you with the tracking information. If faster shipping is required or another shipping method is preferred please email [email protected] to make other arrangements.
Nineteen Ten Home strives to keep the website's inventory up to date, but item availability is not always guaranteed. If an item is sold out, you will be notified via email and given the option to backorder or have your purchase refunded.
All orders shipping within Canada are processed using Canada Post. Shipping times depend on your location.
Our Flat Fee Shipping Rate is $25
Tracking information will be emailed directly to you via Canada Post within 48 hours of placing your order. Please allow up to 5 business days for tracking to be available. If you have not received an email from Canada Post within this time, please check your junk folder and reach out to us accordingly.
Furniture, oversized or overweight items are not eligible for flat rate or complimentary shipping. We are more than happy to provide you with a shipping quote. Rates are calculated based on destination, weight and size.

United States Orders
All orders shipping to the USA are processed using Canada Post US Business and include tracking. Shipping times depend on your location.
$20 Flat Fee Shipping for most orders shipping to the US.
Furniture , oversized or overweight items are not eligible for flat rate shipping. We are more than happy to provide you with a shipping quote. Rates are calculated based on destination, weight and size.

Nineteen Ten Home Boutique is not responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage charges that may be incurred when the package is imported into your country.
Any additional shipping costs, customs fees and taxes incurred for rejected or returned to shipper packages will be the responsibility of the customer.
If a customer receives an item that is damaged, please contact Nineteen Ten Home Boutique immediately at [email protected]. All damages must be reported within 24 hours upon receiving the order.
Nineteen Ten Home Boutique is happy to issue a refund on regular priced merchandise within 7 days of receipt.
With the exception of candles, all Apothecary products are a final sale. Food items are a final sale. All sale items are final.
*All items purchased during a sale are final sale and not eligible for exchange or credit.
We do not offer price adjustments.
*All skincare, socks, Christmas/holiday items and all consumables are final sale + not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Items returned within 7 days of original purchase date are eligible for a full refund. Items returned within 15 days are eligible for exchange or in-store credit. In-store credits expire within 1 year of issue date. Original sales receipt must be present in order to receive a refund, exchange or in-store credit. Items must be unused and in re-sellable condition.
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery date in unused condition in the original packaging.
Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return.
In order to qualify for a return, you must first contact Nineteen Ten Home via email [email protected]. We will provide you with specific instructions for your returned items.
*Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping fees and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Nineteen Ten Home Boutique is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the returned item is damaged in the mail.
