    • Jacobsen took their Classic Salty Caramel and built on the original recipe by adding in roasted Jefferson hazelnuts grown by Ash Creek, a family-run farm in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, and bits of buttery toffee. Who says three’s a crowd? In this instance we hope you’ll agree, the more flavours, the merrier.
    • This candy starts with pure sea salt harvested from Netarts Bay on the Oregon Coast. Then they carefully toast the sugar and butter to a perfect golden brown and finish by stirring in the final ingredients, whether chocolate, molasses, anise or cream. Each piece hits the sweet notes you love, with the bright, briny sparks of sea salt you crave.
